This is an intermediate level slower-paced class. We explore physical and energy anatomy, using postures, sounding, breath, meditation, and imagery as containers for discovery. These classes support awareness of subtle energy as the gateway to larger movement. You can drop in for classes singly, or buy 6 or 10 class passes. Visit the WholeHeart website for more information and to purchase classes.

Medicinal Plant Walk on the Eastern Prom
Tuesday, June 13 6:00 - 7:30pm
Come join herbalist and flower essence practitioners Mischa Schuler and Debra Bluth for an evening medicinal plant walk on the Eastern Prom (Portland). We'll meet botanical allies and talk about how to identify, engage, and benefit from their presence in our lives. We'll share personal stories, folklore, and science, and you'll leave with a sense of new green friends, hopefully inspired to learn more about the possibilities of plant medicine. We'll meet at the monument at the intersection of Congress Street and Eastern Prom. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to register.
The Chakra Apprenticeship
I’ll be starting a new online chakra apprenticeship for women in October of 2017.
The chakra apprenticeship is a nine-month online forum for women to explore the seven primary chakras through reading, lifestyle practices, and plant practices. We spend one month on each chakra. This is good, deep, soulful work.
For more detailed information, visit my website about this apprenticeship: www.thechakraapprenticeship.com.
is the Level 2 of the chakra apprenticeship, open to women who have completed the first level. In this class (nine months also), we cycle through the chakras once more, this time with more focus on ceremony and our relationship with land and our communities. In my experience, repeating the cycle through the chakras is a profound process, stimulating deeper and deeper levels of awareness and healing. If you’ve already completed the Spiral Sisters class and would like to repeat it, you can do this at a significant discount.
For more detailed information on Spiral Sisters, visit www.thechakraapprenticeship.com. You can also contact me for more information.
