A movement meditation class in partnership with Nature
facilitated online by Debra Bluth
April 20th - May 31st, 2020
This class is for deepening our personal connection with this world we inhabit.
It is for all experience levels with movement -- you do not need to be a 'dancer'. Or, alternatively said, everyone is a dancer. Everyone has movement.
Breath is movement. So anyone can receive something from this class. Most of the meditations will be quite simple, and you can make them as energetic or as subtle as interests you. You can also make them as long or as short an exploration as you like. If you choose, these can be deep doorways of discovery.
Twice weekly (Monday and Thursday mornings) you will receive instructions for a movement meditation in your email inbox. You will play with this meditation as much as you like until the next one comes. All meditations will happen outside. You can live rurally, suburbanly, or urbanly -- it does not matter. You do need to be willing to commit to the practice. Commitment fosters depth.
For participants who want to share their experiences, an email group will be created. This is not necessary to participate in the class; for some, a solo connection may be just what is needed at this time.
My personal goal with this class is to share the fruits of my own experience as a mover, nature lover, herbalist and flower essence practitioner, martial artist, and artist to help this planet by forever deepening the sphere of our love for it. As well as supporting all of the humans who might love a little sacred movement inspiration at this challenging time.
Suggested donation: $40-$80 sliding scale for the 5 weeks through Paypal or by check (further information will be sent to participants). But nobody is turned away. Pay what you can pay without worry. No questions asked. Email me for further information and to register.
Delta Gardens Practitioner Program - Postponed to 2021
We have decided to postpone our practitioner training program this year - slated to begin in June at Misty Meadows in Lee, NH. We'll be offering this 4-weekend, in-person class in the summer of 2021. We will miss meeting and working with new students face-to-face this season, but we hope you'll join us next year for what will surely be an all-the-more joyful exploration of flower essences in an assembled group!
This training provides foundational instruction for serious students who are interested in both making essences and in using essences effectively and safely with others. Over four weekends together, we cover:
- The history and current research of flower essences
- How to understand the language of flowers
- How to foster spiritual connection and partnership with the plants
- Creating and researching our own flower essences
- Human energetic anatomy using the chakra system as a framework
- Medicinal herbs as flower essences
- Tree essences, Lily essences, Daisy essences, gem elixirs, Mushroom essences, and other Delta Gardens essences
- The art of combining essences in formulation
- How to use essences for various emotional and physical concerns
- PET – Partnership Energy Transmission – using the essences during energy sessions
- Working with others

The Flower Essence Ensemble
exploring a healing partnership with nature
This is a class for learning about the healing power of flower essences. Flower essences, as liquid plant energy, directly enter the human energetic system and can have a profound effect on us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We will spend time both indoors and outdoors, connecting with nature, learning about how essences work, about plant signatures, about plant and human energetics. This class is experiential, and we will make our own essences, explore taking essences, deepening our capacity for sensing, and practicing communicating about vibrational experiences.
There will be four sessions. Participants must plan to attend all four.
Dates: April 8, May 6, June 3, July 1, 2018
All dates meet 9:30 a.m.–12 p.m. except June 1st, when we meet 8:45 a.m.–2 p.m. to make essences
$200, includes all supplies (can be paid at one time or in four installments of $50 given at each of the sessions)
Location: a private residence in North Freeport, Maine Address to be given to participants after sign up

The Chakra Apprenticeship
I’ll be starting a new online chakra apprenticeship for women in October of 2020.
The chakra apprenticeship is a nine-month online forum for women to explore the seven primary chakras through reading, lifestyle practices, and plant practices. We spend one month on each chakra. This is good, deep, soulful work.
For more detailed information, visit my website about this apprenticeship: www.thechakraapprenticeship.com.
is the Level 2 of the chakra apprenticeship, open to women who have completed the first level. In this class (nine months also), we cycle through the chakras once more, this time with more focus on our relationship with land and our communities. In my experience, repeating the cycle through the chakras is a profound process, stimulating ever deeper levels of awareness and healing. If you’ve already completed the Spiral Sisters class and would like to repeat it, you can do this at a significant discount.
For more detailed information on Spiral Sisters, visit www.thechakraapprenticeship.com. You can also contact me for more information.
Intermediate Herbal Series with Visiting Teachers
I’ll be visiting this class series in Portland on March 1, 2018 to share about flower essences and the chakra system. Contact Mischa Schuler at herbs@WildCarrotHerbs.com if you’re interested in still joining.
Thursday eves, 4:30pm – 8:30pm, Deering Grange Hall, 1408 Washington Ave, Portland ME
