Welcome. Thank you for visiting.
Here you will find information about my work with nature and people. I work through both individual healing sessions and group educational classes.
People have often turned in two directions for healing, solace, and self-knowledge -- outward to nature, or inward through contemplative practices. As a homeopath, herbalist, flower essence practitioner, and artist, I love to explore both directions. I am in wilder places regularly, learning directly from the plants. I work with individual clients, using natural remedies to foster health, well-being, and personal growth. I am also a flower essence maker, and some of my essences are sold through Delta Gardens, a center for flower essence research, practice, and education (www.deltagardens.com). In addition, I deeply believe in contemplative movement and meditation practices as a way to bring us closer to ourselves, increase our capacity for joy and connection, and help us move more fully into the world as a healing force for a planet that needs our care.
It is my experience that the more deeply we connect with nature, the more we understand ourselves and our own inner nature. What is outside is inside, and vice versa. Natural remedies reflect this.
Although I am interested in physical healing, I am truly inspired by healing that delves more deeply into who we are, working with the whole being, bridging all of the layers of our experience. I bring nearly 30 years of experience in the healing arts to the table, and am a devoted researcher and explorer of nature and vital energy. Centered in my private practice in Wiscasset, Maine, I also work as a senior practitioner out of Delta Gardens, and am available to work over Zoom or by phone both nationally and internationally. You also can sip some of my organic tea blends over at Coveside Coffee in Portland, Maine.
I work collaboratively and respectfully, and honor the organic unfolding of the healing process. I hold an intention of deep listening and curiosity whether in private session or group class, and am committed to sharing an open space where healing and growth are ripe to happen.
